Integrate with Hubspot

Hubspot is a popular CRM platform with millions of customers worldwide.

To send calculator results to Hubspot go to Settings / Integrations and click the "Connect" button for Hubspot.

You will be prompted to sign in to your Hubspot account

You will now see a list of InteractiveCalculator fields and Hubspot fields that you can map to each other. Now each field from IC will be sent to the corresponding Hubspot field when the calculator is submitted.

Some things to note:

• Properties for Contacts, Companies and Deals are supported (both Hubspot default properties and custom properties you create)
• As much as possible, try to keep the Hubspot fields as single-line text fields. (this way you can ensure the calculator data goes through correctly)
• You will need to map at least one field to the Contact email in your Hubspot account. So you'll need to ask the user for their email in the Calculator (use a Short Text Answer field) and map that to the Contact Email
• Contacts are indexed on emails, so if you send properties to a Contact and map the email address to an email that exists, the existing Contact will be updated
• Companies are mapped on Company Name
• If you create/update 2 objects at the same time (for example you create a Contact and a Deal, or a Contact and a Company), they will be associated automatically
